30-day returns

Unopened, factory-sealed cylinders may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The cylinder must be in its original condition with the seal intact.

Opened or partially used cylinders cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons.

How to start a return

Email support@refrigo.store with your order number. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions within one business day.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned cylinder.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your cylinder arrives damaged or you received the wrong fitting type, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
